Who is responsible
Willness, operated by Jessy Feghali in Lebanon, manages this check-in. Contact willness.live@gmail.com about access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion.
A reflection you can keep private
The quiz is for adults aged 18 and over. Your answers are processed in your browser to create your reflection. They are sent to Willness only if you explicitly agree to save them. You can read and print your reflection without entering an email address. We do not send answers to an external AI service.
What you may choose to share
If you save your answers, we keep the selected options, questionnaire version, language, submission time, consent wording and your resulting reflection. Some answers may concern sensitive aspects of your body, relationships or circumstances. You may skip any question. An email is optional unless you request an emailed report or updates. You can subscribe to updates without saving your answers.
Reports and updates are separate
We use saved answers to provide your reflection and allow Willness to review responses and improve the offering. We send the detailed report only after you confirm that the email address is yours. A report request does not subscribe you to marketing. Updates require a separate opt-in and email confirmation; optional interests concern services and events, not inferred personal vulnerabilities. No advertising audience is created from quiz answers.
Storage and service providers
Saved answers and email details are encrypted in the application database hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare. Access to responses and Excel exports is restricted to the Willness owner account. Willness may send requested confirmations and reports personally through Gmail (Google), which processes the recipient address and message content. If automatic delivery is enabled, Resend processes that information instead. Email copies remain in the relevant mailbox or email provider and must be considered when handling a deletion request. Providers may process data outside Lebanon. Downloaded Excel files and reports are separate copies that need their own protection. No third-party advertising or analytics scripts run on the quiz pages.
How long information remains
Saved answers expire after 180 days, become unavailable, and are removed during automatic cleanup on the next submission or dashboard use. Pending email confirmations and unconfirmed contact records expire after 30 days. Confirmed update contacts remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Unsubscribing removes the contact details from the active list; a non-readable address fingerprint may remain to record the unsubscribe. Deleting a check-in does not automatically cancel a separate updates subscription.
Your controls
After saving, you receive a private link to delete that check-in. Report emails also include a deletion link and, if you subscribed, an unsubscribe link. You can contact Willness to access, correct, or delete information. Verification may be needed before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not recall reports or exports already downloaded or emails already received.
Limited usage counts
We count quiz starts and completions by language to understand use. These counters do not contain answers or email addresses. Short-lived, non-readable fingerprints help prevent duplicate counts and abusive requests; raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database. These statistics are separate from the consenting response sample.
What this check-in is
This is a reflective exercise, not a clinical assessment or scientifically validated wellbeing scale. Participation does not enrol you in academic research. We do not treat a skipped or unselected answer as an absence of an experience.
